Overview:
Our Sports Therapy and Coaching program provides individuals with autism the opportunity to engage in a variety of physical activities and sports that promote fitness, coordination, teamwork, and social skills. We offer Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Ping-Pong, Running, Skiing, Swimming, Bike Riding and many other sports coaching. With a focus on success, our programs are designed to help individuals develop essential athletic skills, build confidence, and have fun in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Skill Development

  • Fundamental Techniques: Students are introduced to the basic skills of various sports, including ball handling, passing, shooting, and coordination. Lessons are adapted to each child’s abilities and focus on improving physical skills at a comfortable pace.
  • Motor Coordination: Through activities that involve running, jumping, and balancing, students improve their gross motor skills, agility, and coordination, which can benefit them in other areas of life.

Social Skills & Teamwork
